Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HashTrakr (the "Service"), operated by Meerakapp Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use HashTrakr.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Billing

HashTrakr is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee on each billing cycle until you cancel.

Founding member pricing is locked in only while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and resubscribe, current pricing applies.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute HashTrakr reports or data without permission
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, branding, and software provided through HashTrakr are the property of Meerakapp Solutions LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Third-Party Data

HashTrakr reports include publicly available data from TikTok collected via third-party tools. HashTrakr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific business or marketing results from using HashTrakr.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meerakapp Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
